Al Qaeda seems unimpressed with our president elect:
The second-in-command of Islamic militant network al-Qaeda has hit out at US President-elect Barack Obama.
In a message purportedly from Ayman al-Zawahiri, the al-Qaeda deputy called Mr Obama a “house negro” - a demeaning term implying he served white people.
Mr Obama’s plan to bolster the US military presence in Afghanistan would fail, Zawahiri said.
Yeah, well. You just let us worry about that.

This message, which praises black Muslim Malcolm X, is in fact a racial slur, but it is less about the racial disparagement of Obama than it is about telling its constituency that even if a black guy is in charge, the United States still has a white Christain racist crusader imperialist formerly slave-holding power structure calling the shots, and therefore is an enemy to brown people everywhere. BBC notes that al-Qaeda also is slamming Obama for turning his back on his father’s Islam. ...
